Read other submition for Shepherd. Same car as their is only one. Normally is stationary in the fire departments parking lot. Speed Limmit is only 25 mph. but you would be suprised how many people get stoped from this location on their way to the Casino. Guessing that the officer is inside the fire station and just left his car out in the lot.
