City of Mellen Wisconsin usually on Highway 13, sometimes 77
Mellen is located in a valley, so travelers on Highway 13 going either north or south have to go downhill at some time. Speed limit is 25. Cruiser there almost all of the time as there is little crime in Mellen to occupy the policeman’s time.
Been visiting the area for 15 years, same operation.
