Clare Avenue near 127/27 Expressway
Heading East. As the hill begins to crest, city police often sit on the South side of the road and will clock people coming up the hill from the West heading toward 127/27 North/South.

Sorry, but I'm confused. Clare Avenue is a north/south road, how do you go east on it?
