Once a month, order to meet their quotas, one of the Carlstadt police officers will park their car along Commerce Boulevard along the bushes. They try to make themselves appear as a parked car. Since 520 is 45 and Commerce is 25, they often are parked right near the offramp where they can get an easy ticket. Be prepared. I saw one police officer pulling people over for an hour nonstop doing this.
