County Trunk Millhopper Road near Interstate I-75 at San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park
State trooper usually sits at the top of the hill so that when you top the hill your trapped. The county patrol usually cruises from 43rd St. to 143rd St., back and forth.
One or both of them do this from one to five times a week, usually from about 7 AM to 6 PM. Speed limit is 40 mph on a rural open road. Most people drive 45 to 50 mph.

The entire length of Millhopper Rd is 40 MPH now and there are many runners and bicyclists who share the road. The speed limits used to go 40, 55, 45 ... over the aprox 8 mile length but now it's 40 MPH the whole way. The road calls for you to go about 45 or 50. Don't do it!
