The local cops hide out near the elementary school usually after 10 a.m. when all the children are safely inside. They have a little yellow folding speed sign placed in the street to tell you to slow down while school is in session. There are no other signs for speed limit except coming from the other way, anotherwords from the heart of main st. telling you the speed limit. In court the cop told me that I should have seen the blinking yellow lights. There are none anywhere. I got the ticket reduced but points on license.
