Southbound on Creedmoor Road (NC50) just before you get to Crabtree Mall. Raleigh PD Motorcycle Cops.. of course, trolling for citizens at the bottom of a steep hill. Speed limit is 45 on a 4-lane divided highway, they can write tickets all day at 55-60MPH.
