Beware of State Trooper vehicle sitting on church property on the quarter mile stretch of I-65 especially during weekends while driving through this area while attending any events. Within the quarter mile stretch is the town of Curran the speed limit reduces from 55mph to 45 mph thru this tired old town consisting of an old church, closed post office, some boarded up residences and a closed diner. The State Troopers definitely get there quota as seen by numerous motorists pulled over on the side of the road.
