Dell Range Boulevard near Seminole Road
Couple times while going west on Dell Range (coming from Walmart to Yellowstone Road) I have seen a Cheyenne PD car sitting on either Dell Range/Seminole or Dell Range/Ogalla. Their cruiser is able to stay hidden and it’s hard to see them until you’re right on them.
