Ann Arbor’s finest revenue collectors hang out just off the street and behind one of the new Broadway bridge piers. Exactly between train station and the Gandy Dancer restaurant. I frequently see them when I head down Casey St. to Depot St. You can even see them in their hiding position if you look down Casey St. as you’re about to go over the Broadway Bridge heading away from downtown. The hiding spot is perfectly sandwiched between the bridge pier and the restaurant – it is virtually impossible to see them before they see you and the already tax burdened citizenry easily fall victim to revenue collectors at this spot.
