Depot Street westbound goes from a 35mph limit, on a 2 lane, narrow road, to a 25mph limit just as the road crests a steep hill. The road widens, and the pavement changes to bricks. The 25mph sign is at the very top of the hill, hidden by brush, and partly knocked over. The steep hill down towars the Gandy Dancer restaurant causes cars to speed up, and the cops wait in a small parking area to the left (south) of the road.

I can see this stretch from my living room, and it is always busy with cops giving out tickets. Sometimes there will be more than 1 cop at a time, somtimes as many as three.

It is also right in front of the law office of a city councilman, so the cops get to display their vigilance to council.
