Mostly late PM and early AM hours northbound on Durango between the Summerlin Pkwy overpass and Vegas Dr. But I have seen motorist pulled over heading south on the same stretch. Sometimes two Metro bikers at a time will sit between parked cars or even in the driveway to the apartment complex. It is slightly down hill and school children wait for the bus at the entrance to the complex. A reservoir is on the west side with no cross streets. It’s an ideal stretch to open it up, but don’t suggest doing so.
