Both cruisers and Oklahoma Highway Patrol motorcycle cops with LIDAR (both new in Oklahoma) roam this general area. This 60 mph speed limit which should be at least 70 mph but was set at 60 by request of the city of Tulsa supposedly because of polution … not safety concerns. Tulsa gets 3 or 4 polution alerts a year in mid summer which could be taken care of my mobile warning signs. So this is a true speed trap. They have a nice 6 and sometimes 8 lane road, light to moderate traffic during mid day which is inviting to 70 mph plus so be careful. Better yet, call ODOT and lets get it changed.
