Cop sits in the alley by telephone equipment, just after making the turn onto Caley Ave. off of Colorado Blvd. He/she is able to monitor speeds going north, south on Colorado as well as on Caley. Also have seen unmarked car issuing tickets. Be especially aware when driving east/west on Caley and when school flashing lights are on. Seems to be there in mid afternoon when Newton gets out of school till after rush hour. Speeds around Newton are 20 mph on Arapahoe and Newton while lights are flashing.
