E. Minnesota Avenue near N. Kansas Avenue
Our finest officers park on N. Kansas Ave. just north of E. Minnesota Ave. and use their radar in both east and west directions. They are hard to see until you’re too close to slow down. Posted speed is 30 mph. They sometimes use a teenager,related to one of the officers, to stand out by the road and warn them of oncoming speeders.
