Early morning speed trap.Easy speed trap for cops. Speed limit is 40mph. Motorcycle cops all over that area.
Motorcycle cops are traveling along the south sidewalks of 72nd. Makes it easier for them to hide out and gives them easy access to the street seeing the masonry walls align both sides of the street.
