Officer sits at the Eastbound Entrace to The Bronx Zoo, just before the on ramp to the Bronx River Pkwy. He usually will face the East bound traffic nailing ANYONE going over 35MPH. He will then give you a copy of the VTL explaining the speed rules in NYC
