East Costilla Avenue near South Buckley Road
Traffic heading North on South Parker Road will turn onto East Costilla Ave. in order to avoid the light at Parker Road and East Arapahoe. When you turn onto East Costilla Ave. the speed limit is 25 MPH. I have been pulled over twice by a police officer. One parked in a residential driveway when you turn left on South Buckley Rd. from East Costilla Ave. to get back onto East Arapahoe Rd. as well as by an officer pulled over on the side of the road at the stop sign where you turn left onto South Buckley Road.
