East of PSU-Harrisburg – Wharton Ave, Roosevelt Ave, Catherine St
Middletown cops patrol this area and hide on the side streets. They give out tickets (mostly to the PSU students) for just about anything – speeding, failure to come to a full stop at a stop sign, failure to yield, whatever. Tickets are well over $100. This area is a piggy-bank for the borough of Middletown.
