Going west on Firestone Blvd. from the 605…Just past Champion Dodge(on a downhill), sits a Downy Motors Officer. The speed limit is 40 mph & going downhill everyone goes 50 mph(6 lane highway).
Note that Downey has many places where they do this @ $300.00 a pop.
