East Penn Drive just east of Highmark
The local police will be sitting back in pull off areas designated for the employees of highmark that must leave the property to smoke. This is a 35 mph zone but is a straight away so the PD get many speeders through this section.

The speed limit in East Penn Drive is 45 MPH and people usually drive at 50. Beyond that you will be caught. In summer as the park is crowded expect a police there.
