East bound I-30 at Home Depot: local cop sits in Home Depot lot checking speeds on I-30. I've seen them light up, pull on the service road and hit the on ramp easily doing 60.

THE SPEED SIGN IS 45. THE COPS NOT ONLY TIME THE SERVICE ROAD BUT ALSO TIME I-30. IT IS ALL TO GENERATE MONEY FOR ROCKWALL.
