Eastbound ramp onto Route 78 East at Exit 11
State police sit on the eastbound ramp at Exit 11 on Route 78 (Pattenburg/West Portal) in Union Township and "shoot" drivers coming down a rather steep incline on the eastbound side of Jugtown Mountain.
