My friend got stopped by a local cop who he described as unshaven, wearing a stained wrinkled, uniform, badge askew, long hair that he had to shake his head every so often to unblock his visual view. Strapped to each ankle was a derringer for additional firepower . He came to my friend's truck chomping on a Slim-Jim. Somewhere during the dialogue the cop said, "I'd have given you just a warning if you were a pretty girl." It was like a bad SNL skit or some reality show that prank people. My friend thought that at any minute someone would pop out of a van. But the ticket was real and marked method of a speed detection was marked as "other" which might mean a Mickey-Mouse watch and line sight. He already paid it. His version was he stopped at the light and then took off observing the 45 MPH speed limit while others sped by at possibly 60 who were approaching the light...He usually drives okay.
