Eastbound St. Charles Rd between I-290 and Taft Ave.
Upon exiting I-290 onto eastbound St. Charles road, you will find yourself immediately in the Berkeley Police’s radar beam on a four-lane road with a 30 mph speed limit. The road looks like it should have a speed limit of 40 and, after driving 55 
on the interstate, 30 really feels like a crawl. This one’s a killer!
