Echo Hill Road near Westtown-Thornton Road
On Westtown Thornton Road driving towards rt 926 (before the Christmas Tree farm), cop sits in in the neighborhood of Echo Hill Road. You cant see him until its too late. Keep it at 35 between Meadowcroft Road and Echo Hill Road.
