This 25 mile zone is only about one mile long; it includes the town hall, the library, two parks with ball fields, A swimming pool, a children's playground and a school. Well marked with speed signs. Approach from west is 40 MPH zone, from east is 35 MPH zone.

I have recently passed this site and want to add to my previous comment. The 25 MPH zone is only 8/10 of a mile long. Add to the buildings at this location a Ambulance & Rescue Squad building.
