Entrance to Cummings park on E. Mt. Morris Rd.
Either Genesee Twp., or Genesee county cars sits in the entrance and monitor traffic both east and west bound on E. Mt. Morris Rd. Coming from the west, you cannot see the car until you are next to it due to trees.
