Exiting town on Rt 78 east
Leaving town on RT 78 East, speed limit goes from 30 to 45. But if you are going faster than 30 before passing the 45 speed limit sign you will be pulled over. Police wait on the city inbound side of RT 78 for you to begin accelerating to the 45 speed limit before passing the actual sign.
