Heading Down the hill on Fairemont Ave coming from Monroe or El Cajon Blvd, There is a Bike or SDPD car hiding on Talmadge Park Row just enough to barely see them. The Posted speed limit is 55Mph down the hill but 50 going up ( go figure? ). They are usually there in the AM ( between 6 and 7 ) and in the afternoon’s ( 4 to 7PM ). Ive only noticed on the South Bound traffic.
