Fells Road near Forrest Way
The Essex Fells have a new trap – they have an officer driving an Essex Fells Public Works Pick-up truck. As you approach they pull- over, and wave for you to pass. 1 mile down the road the Essex Fells PD have an unmarked unite (Black) parked waiting. They will cite you for unlawful passing.
