There is often a motorcycle cop parked on First Ave. in Banker’s Hill, right where the First Street Bridge ends going south. The bridge has a downhill incline and you have to brake a lot to keep from going too fast. He sits in a road dip near where Nutmeg St dead-ends, and it’s almost impossible to see him until you get to the end of the bridge. Very tricky.
