Entire Friendswood stretch of FM 518, spanning from crossroad FM 2351 to crossroad FM 528 aka Nasa Rd. 1 (other side of the city) Speed limit is 30 MPH, this stretch is locally notorious for 1-3 MPH over tickets, the Friendswood police don’t play.

30 is 30 here. I have been passed here while I was driving 30 mph. While being passed the other driver gave me that "why are you going so slow" look, She found out 2 blocks later when on of Friendswood's finest grabbed her.
