From Harlem Ave on the East to 1st Avenue on the West there are many places that the police can hide and it is easy to exceed the 25 MPH speed limit and get ticketed.

You can see in front of you where police could hide. There really is no reason to go faster than 25MPH here as there are children always playing through here. Police are not difficult to spot in this stretch. Just be aware of your surroundings.
