Geddes Avenue near Huron Parkway
Geddes between Washtenaw and Huron Parkway is frequently used by locals to head out from campus to avoid construction season and/or traffic. The entire road is 25 mph. It is curvy in parts with many driveways but it is easy to go up to 40mph and a bunch of rich people live down there so there is a lot of enforcement.

There are cops enforcing speed limits here, but not just to get revenue for the city. There are a lot of hidden driveways, and because of the hills/curves, if you are going 40 MPH that is a disaster waiting to happen. Also, I've seen people loose control of their vehicles on this road and roll down the road--not rolling on tires, rolling roof over tires. Plus, there are a lot of pedestrians/joggers/bikers because of Gallup Park and the Arb. Don't be stupid just because you're in a rush.
This is a speed trap and has been a favorite spot for cops since at least 1970. They especially like to wait at Hill street at the bottom of a hill on Geddes. If you are not paying close attention and applying your brakes constantly the momentum from the hill will increase your speed. They will ticket you for going any amount over 25 (not 40 mph) and this is a money grab by the city. Been stopped for speeding in A2 for as little as 28 in a 25. Most of Ann Arbor speed limits are set artificially low and have been for years to generate more revenue. Parking enforcement is even worse. Love my hometown of Ann Arbor but the traffic and parking Police are unreasonable.
40 is really not that fast so long as the weather is good. I think if I were jogging, I'd avoid the narrow curvy roads.
