The limit is 25 due to proximity of residences and Fairview H.S., & is very easy to bust through NE bound because of how steep the hill is. I’ve gotten hit by this twice. I’ve now finally trained myself to downshift my automatic into 2nd gear when descending this hill; even when idling otherwise you end up 5-10 over the limit.
