Hancock Expressway near Union Boulevard
Going North bound on Hancock just before Hancock turns into Union or before Getting onto Martin Luthur King by pass. On the Right side an unmarked car sits right at the entance to a new housing area. On the Left side sits 1-2 motorcycle police. Usually in the am but on the Left can be found anytime of day.
