I live in this neighborhood - Yes this IS a speed trap. They park just off the north side of Harrison, just west of the photography studio. Please slow down for my sake, my neighbors sake, and your own financial well being. Many thanks to those who manage this site; getting the word out greatly increases the effectiveness of these traps!
