Harvard Street near 21st Street

Tulsa, OklahomaApr 27, 20080 Comments

Heading either way on Harvard the TPD Motorcycles are hiding back off Harvard a little on all the side roads in the neighborhoods. This road has many up and down hills like a small roller coaster, just as many Tulsa streets do. The traffic drives way too fast for the area and you are forced to speed up or else get run over, honked at and/or be the victim of some rude behaviors from other drivers (in a hurry to get to the next red light). If the police stop you, they claim you are going 15 to 20 miles above the limit and say they are going to give you "A break" on this and document it as 9 miles over so it "will not go on your record". This is the most unfair situation on the road I have witnessed in Tulsa and it will cost you at least $200.
