Highway 25 and Beacham Road
Policeman picks out a car, stops car, writes ticket for 70 in a 55 for $185.50 fine (says he hit you with the radar). He tells the driver to call the trial judge who will reduce the charge, fine you $50.00 and no points on drivers license. And you will not have to attend the court hearing. If you go to court, the Judge sudes with the local cops, refuses to let you do a complete questioning of the officer (even though she ask as many questions of the cops as she pleases), stops the proceedings and issues the guilty verdict, assesses the fine and tells you to pay the clerk. Due process does not exist in theis court.
