Highway 5 between Kettleman lane/Hwy 12 and 8 mile road
I have seen mulitple Highway patrol men giving tickets going south bound on 5

Yes Highway 12 (Kettleman Ln) from Lower Sacramento Rd to Cherokee Ln (hi way 99) in Lodi is a speed trap. the speed limit is 35 miles, and there are no markings on the pavement to indicate that it is a 35 mile zone. There are speed signs however you are looking for traffic and other things and may not see the sings, usually posted by a tree.
