Within 4 miles of the junction, highway patrol and local police almost continuously site vacationers for any violation, speed, bright lights, missing tail lights etc. 3 mile stretch in the country with almost no traffic, slows from 65 to 55 abruptly and tickets are issued to vacationers for any of a variety of minor violations.
