Howard and Caldwell, another bad speed trap in Niles Il. the police are usually in parking lots near the intersection on the south side of the street. they are pretty much always marked and can be seen easily if going west on howard. if you are going east watch out cause the speed limit drops from i think 40-30 real fast and the cops get anyone not paying attention. They also hide on the N side of the street in a little driveway and cant see him going in either direction. they also hide east of the intersection but nowhere near as much as just west of it. im talking proably a quarter mile west of the intersection is the most dangerous
