Howards Mill Rd.
The Hanover PD park on a piece of property next to 11304 Howards Mill Rd., their parking space is sheilded by large cedar trees. Speeders that are coming from the Ashland Rd./Pouncey Track Rd. direction don’t have a chance. The speed limit is only 35mph along Howards Mill.

There is no "Hanover PD" at all. Hanover County has a sheriff's office (no police department in this county yet).
They do have radar, but don't run 'speed traps' day in and day out the way other jurisdictions do. They don't have enough manpower to do that and deputies are so often busy on other calls.
