Melissa town cop will just sit on the side of the road with his lights on and when you pass he will then pull you over and cite you for passing authorized Emergency Vehicle/ TC 545.157. The law is called “Texas Move over law”, whereas you have to move over OR slow down to 25 mph. Once he is done with you he just sits there waiting for another victim.
