Hwy 151 the width of town
The local squad monitors hwy 151 very closely from one side of Valders to the other. He hides in multiple spots. If you are over the limit even a little, he will pull you over and ticket you. Usually included is a verbal warning that "you don’t speed in his town".

Not a trap, I go through all the time and he is very nice and seems to only give warnings.
