A down-hill section of freeway that has just past some major congestion at the top of a hill and many are pulling into a 3rd, exit-only lane. A wide shoulder comfortably allows a patrol car to sit with lights off down near the exit. What’s worse is as you come over the hill, big signs restrict vision of this spot until you’re already part-way down the hill. But it’s got to be a long shot for radar because it’s still a quarter mile to the exit!
