There a few rolling hills south of Vernon. The highway patrol will camp down in the bottoms and catch you as you come over the tops. Officer had his lights on for me before I had even driven past him. No chances for radar detectors either since lots of the highway patrols use lasers now. Best to just go about 72-74 when you get close to this trap.
