Hwy 4 through Lipan
Lipan is a small community only a couple of blocks long . The speed limit drops from 55 to 30 in a very short distance . The common practice is for the officer to be on one of the small parking areas where he can pull out behind motorist in either direction . The officer will then proceede to follow the motorist at an uncomfortably close distance without his lights on until he has effectively pushed them over the speed limit where he then turns on his lights and pulls them over . Usually well past town .

I just got a ticket here, It stinks but I was talking on the cell and just got caught, pay attention going through here, they give up to 10 over but after that they nail you
