Hwy 71 near County Road 303
As you are leaving Llano on Hwy 71 just pass the high school there is a small rise in the road as you come up to CR 303. The officer usually sits on the south side of the road. He will aim both directions. I have noticed him there closer to the end of the month than the middle.

The Llano Middle School is on Hw 71, the High School is on Hw 16 South of Llano. Other than that this is probably true.
